An x-ray machine

Fluoroscopy is a specialised X ray procedure that provides real-time X ray imaging which is especially useful for guiding a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures.

It enables radiologists to assess body systems such as digestive system or use it to direct injections into the joints with relative ease.

Many complex interventional procedures such as angiography and fibroid embolisation, etc require fluoroscopy as a main imaging technique.
